Forgot to empty my pump over the winter. Housing froze and broke. Spare part is half the price of a new setup. tadaaaaa!

Scanned and reworked model of the main housing for a pool pump SPF 180 E.
Threads are remodeled. I suggest to directly model the hose connector to the model. The threads of the housing are not exactly leak proof. This is due to my orientation and supports, I wanted to print crooked to have the layers not facing the main direction of pressure. Might work better in other direction. I used lots of seal hemp, now it works fine.
Iterative process, ultimately printed in PETG-CF an Bambu X1E with Strength preset.
Using M5 threaded inserts (CNC Kitchen) from the backside and M5x25 cylinder head screws.
