Simple Z-Wobble test.
By having a square footprint with sharp corners the printer is forced to make sudden movements. This makes z wobble more apparent.
If your gantry is out of whack (z not 90° to print bed) or vibrating too much it will show.
To fix this, you'll need a zBrace.
Note the 3mf (OrcaSlicer) file. I added a modifier to the base, so it prints solid.
The rest of the tower should print with one wall and no infill.
