Is your speedometer hunting up and down a bit or being inaccurate?
Or maybe it's completely bonkers.
This little piece semi regularly wears out and needs replacing to maintain a snug fit without too much play. Once it's loose your indicated speed will get a little weird.
Various Honda motorcycles use the same part, so check yours for part number "44808-MR7-013"
Tolerances are slightly tighter than OEM and the piece is 1mm taller, as the standard fit doesn't press far over the bolt to begin with, and I figure it could do with a little help.

Print Settings:
0.16 layer Height. PLA+
Enough perimeters to make it solid.
No idea how long it'll last, as I used basic PLA+.
Recommend PETG if you can.
I'll update if it goes poorly.
UPDATE:
It has been a couple thousand km and it is fine.
Probably should still use PETG if you can though.
1 Year UPDATE
Still in pretty much perfect shape, honestly quite surprised.
Decent quality PLA+ with good printer calibration seems to be working quite well, can recommend.
2 Year UPDATE
Still fine after 30,000km, so it is probably close to OEM lifespan.
