Motorcycle Lithium Battery Spacer - BMW R1250GS

This is a spacer for the BMW r1250GS battery compartment.
It should also fit the r1250r, and r1250RS
Or any motorcycle by scaling the dimensions in slicer

Designed to fill that empty gap left by a smaller and lighter lithium battery when the stock lead acid is replaced.
It has a nice little storage area inside to store something for emergencies. Some light jumper cables or battery charging equipment for example.
The internal edges are rounded, so it's stronger than it looks at a glance.

I designed this for the gap when using a "LFP14H-BS" Lithium from "SuperStart Batteries" in Australia.
- Length 150
- Width 87
- Height 93

Stock battery dimensions for "14-BS" in general are:
- Length 150mm
- Width 87mm
- Height 145mm

So if your stock battery meets this change, then you're golden.

Otherwise, import it into your slicer and adjust the scale to the exact measurements required.

Print Instructions

Print with the opening up, and it should print fine.
PETG is recommended for heat resistance, but frankly, mine is in Siddament Matte PLA, and I'll update here if it has any issues over time.
