Has the seal of your flowmeter's poppet assembly failed? Disappointed that the only solution seems to be a new assembly part or a rebuild kit for half or more of the cost of the unit itself?
Dig out that failed elastomeric compound and insert this printed piece! Use a small pick and completely clean out the opening and underneath the lip, being cautious not to damage the needle-tip – it's okay if the tip is removable, one of mine was and the other not. When reassembling be sure the poppet spring is seated correctly, and be prepared to re-adjust the output pressure/adjustment screw (i.e. a pressure gauge on the output).
Tested with 0.25 mm nozzle, 0.15mm layer height, Overture TPU, on a Prusa MK4S. Print upside down on smooth/non-textured seat. This has not been extensively tested, only cursorily and not for any duration or against creep/climb etc. It works better than a failed poppet assembly, and to the eye as well as a new one.
