I have a well used print of the original model, made from PLA+. After using it recently to separate prints from build plates at 75-80°, it started deforming. Rather than just reprinting the original, I tailored my redesign to be able to reach under large, flat prints. I also recommend printing with PETG instead of a PLA filament for the better temperature resistance.
Printing Notes:
PETG at .2mm layers
No brim is required if you have good adhesion.
I printed the sample in the pictures on it’s side so that the tapers are smooth instead of the stair-step that results from printing flat on the base.
