Why Cerberus for This Project?
1. Guardian Archetype
Your safe guards something precious—just as Cerberus guards the underworld.
The metaphor extends to protecting not just objects, but secrets and identities.
2. Three Layers of Defense
Just like the three heads of Cerberus, your safe uses:
Physical latch (servo or cam)
Reed or magnetic lock (stealth)
Optional facial recognition or BLE (intelligence)
“One head bites, one growls, and one sees you coming.”
3. Mythological Camouflage
Naming it Cerberus transforms it from “just a box” to a mythic artifact.
It’s poetic, ominous, and geek-chic all at once—a hellhound disguised as a Bluetooth speaker.
4. Symbol of Secrecy & Threshold
Cerberus represents the liminal space between realms—like your speaker being both tech and vault.
Access is granted only to those who know the code, carry the right key, or in this case, the right face.
