I fixed the E0 error on the BPR200 model by opening the lid and replacing the broken part with this 3D printable part.

If you get an E0 error try all the normal fixes as outlined … in the video … if that doesn't solve it open up the lid … take your time and be VERY careful not to break anything … it's a bit of  a puzzle but if you take your time and don't force anything it can be deconstructed.  Inside you will probably find the plastic rocker arm that is part of the lid seal detection mechanism.  Feel free to try and glue that back together with epoxy glue if you want … or replace it with this 3D printed part.

Part must be printed in high temp material … I used ASA … ABS or above would probably work .. don't even bother with PLA or PETG … won't work.

NOTE:  I have used the pressure cooker on a weekly basis for 3 years since designing and replacing the part … I did this before releasing the model to ensure it wasn't a waste of time as the lid gets hot.

NOTE: The source OpenSCAD file has been included if you want to modify for any reason … the model file needs the wonderful PolyRound library to work … as do most of my models.

WARNING:  This is a pressure cooker … it's highly dangerous … it could explode … do this at your own risk … it's worked for me but it might not for you and there could be serious consequences for you or your family … or you may have a fixed pressure cooker with another decade of life in it. You own that risk / reward.
