This knife block has 15 angled slots for chef's knives with blades up to 200mm x 53mm x 3.8
4 thinner slots for 36mm wide blades and one gigantic slot in the back for a meat cleaver or other wide knives.
It's designed the right way up, but needs orienting with the slot area against the print bed, that way the only bit that needs supports is the meat cleaver slot.
I printed it here in Prusa Galaxy Black PLA, 2 walls thick, 3% gyroid infill, 0.25 layer height, it came out at 880g so start with a fairly full roll. Increase the top and bottom layers to make sure you bridge the 3% infill solidly. Printed on a Core One.
It's fairly stable, but I wanted some more heft to avoid sliding, so made an optional base that fits inside. Print it with zero top layers to expose the infill and that will let you fill it with concrete, sand or pebbles. It can be glued to the knife block when dried, the tall section goes at the back to make sure there's 20cm clearance for all blades, check the section view in the images to show how they fit together.
