11/17/2025 - I didn't like the angle of the original mount that I made, so I made a few different variations to try them out and see which worked best. Figured others might like some different options as well.
This is a gun barrel rest you can mount in your duck blind or in your duck boat so that you can safely lean your shotgun without it being at risk of sliding or falling over.
I haven't put this model into actual use as we don't have our blind installed on our boat yet. I've tested this out on my desk and my shop workbench and I'm happy with the angle so far in testing. I'm not sure if the angle will cause the gun barrel to run into the edge of our blind or not - I may be making some updates to this after some additional field testing!
The version in my pictures was printed in cheap white PLA I used for draft prints, the versions I'm going to install in our boat I printed in Hatchbox Black PETG with 3 perimeters & Gyroid infill using the Generic PETG and .20mm STRUCTURAL print profiles. I added helper desks to the tips of the arms to ensure they didn't warp. No supports are needed.
