I've been printing various football/soccer shields for my man-cave, but I couldn't find this one. I made it using a PNG found online, then I processed it to make the background transparent, loaded it into HueForge and generated a basic STL file, loaded that into Anycubic Slicer Next to colour it and finally printed it on my Anycubic Kobra 3 Max using white, black and orange PLA. The square background of the 3MF file is transparent and won't be printed, so you'll only get the round logo.
