A remake of the original Psion 5 from the dark ages (1997).
The only model I could find online was a low poly turd scan but its all i had to work from.
Im posting now as a WIP as I would love some help with the keyboard/display sliding hinge thingy.
The model itself has been slightly enlarged to accomidate the keyboard of which ive slimmed down as far as I can but the vision itself of the Psion 5.1 NX is almost true to the original.
I have included all the refferance models for the other electronics apart from the RPI 4 the usb-c port for power will also not look right but thats because im using a pushfit usb-c.

obveously its designed for a RPI4 as thats what i have kicking around but it can be altered to run on any SBC at the moment that uses a DSI display.
Using a HDMI→FPC→HDMI could work if installing a board that doesnt have DSI capability (eg. RPI Zero Series)
Its a very tight fit now with getting the RPI4 in but it does fit I have printed several itterations now so the model is so so close to being done (Baring any community improvements)
