The older models of Coral detergent bottles had a quite nifty design with an integrated drip-catching spout. Unfortunately, this seems to be discontinued.
The part is designed to be resized to your needs. It has a diameter of 38mm and the walls have a thickness of 0.8mm. Therefore, you have quite some margin to scale it to your needs.
There should be some force required to put it into the opening of your bottle. This assures a good seal. I printed mine at a diameter of 38mm while the opening of the bottle measures approximatley 37.6mm. Depending on the bottle you can use the cap to press the spout in and enjoy drip-free detergent dispensing.

EDIT 05.08.2025: Added the stp and stl files of multiple versions of the spout. There now are long and short versions as well as a concentric option. I hope this makes finding a suitable option for your kind of detergent bottle easier.
