This is a storage box for a large Gutermann thread reel and matching bobbin, to help keep matching threads and bobbins safe & secure.
It will hold a single large (250m) reel of gutermann thread, and has space to hold a sewing machine bobbin of the same colour next to it.
There is a narrow slit across the middle of the box to show the colour of thread inside (if like me you have loads of threads), but not too large to allow too much dust in.
nb. - I did this at 50% speed, as I found that at full speed my machine didn't print it smoothly. We use a CoreOne printer
