I first made this to hold my Chubby Buttons on my Tiger 800XCx and modified the model for my Tenere 700.
There are two files: V4 is a widened version of the originals, and V5 is meant to be held on by a single zip tie. I never bothered to remove the second mount when I made V5. “Mount” is the flat piece I put on top so I could hold my Oxford Controller and my Chubby Buttons.
You can make them out of PLA or PTEG or whatever. The first set was PLA and lasted 35k miles without issue. The current is PTEG.
Velcro is: Dual Lock Fastener 1in x 2in 8pcs from Amazon. Works great.
