Tappet lift arm remixed to utilise a steel dowel, Diameter 3mm, length 8mm (min 6mm).
Have had these feeders break both on the tappet and also the cam - they seem very weak for the duty they perform.
Modelled the Original Cam and a version with some changes for easier fitment and hopefully to prevent them snapping.
Recommend the “Long Screw” edit. I used a 2mmx8mm coarse thread screw right through and fully into the base to improve the strength of the plastic tab where it tends to break.
Printed with PC Blend 0.15mm layers, 4 walls, no infill. PETG would also be a good filament option.
