This custom 3D-printed CapSwap cover is designed for Corsair AIO (All-in-One) liquid coolers, adding a bold and futuristic visual upgrade to your build. Inspired by space station and sci-fi aesthetics, the design features symmetrical snowflake-like modules arranged around the central pump cap, evoking the look of a rotating space habitat or thermal radiators orbiting a futuristic core.
Each petal solar panel blades are finely detailed and slots precisely around the AIO cap, aligning seamlessly with the existing RGB ring for a cohesive and immersive glow. Designed for clean FDM printing, the model has been optimized to minimize supports and layer artifacts, with smooth contours and crisp edges.
Perfect for PC modders and sci-fi fans looking to give their rig a uniquely interstellar character. Work great for both black or white case.
Choose what base to print
The habitat ring has a cut-out section to avoid collision with the tubing. However, hinge and tubing orientations may vary between models. For example, my iCUE LINK AIO and some reference images show a different hinge orientation compared to the original 3D model from Corsair, which uses horizontal hinges. This caused some confusion, and since I don’t have a TITAN GPU for testing, I’ve prepared two versions of the model.
Also, note that the habitat ring (including the petal solar panels) extends approximately 35mm around the cap. Make sure your case or build has enough clearance. If space is limited, you can opt to use the base version without the ring.
Print instruction
If you use bambu studio or orca slicer, you can use the slicer profile included. Otherwise you can following this recommendation:
- No need support.
- Rotate all parts 180 degree (X or Y asix).
- The base cap can be printed with PLA/PETG/ABS or anything else except TPU. I recomemd PETG or ABS if you overclock or use strong PC build (the inside air may go to 60 degree around CPU).
- The station parts include many sub-parts:
- I recommend use PETG.
- BodyXX: Use translucent material for this. I used Bambu PETG Translucent white.
- Lip: Use translucent material for this. I used archimedean chords for top/base and honeycomb infill.
- Frame, layer 1, layer 3, layer 4, layer 6: If your case is white, use white material. Otherwise use black. (but you can use what color you want)
- Layer 2 and layer 5: Use black for both white or black case. (but you can use what color you want). If you use AMS and want to reduce waste filament, you can use same material of Body XX for there layers, but the visual may not as beautifull as use other color.
- The petal solar:
- Can be printed with PLA/PETG/ABS or anything else except TPU. I used Bambu PETG HF black and white.
- BodyXX: I recommend use black or blue filament. (but you can use what color you want)
- Frame: I recommend use white or gray. (but you can use what color you want)
Assemably Instructions
Align each snowflake solar panel into hole, then gently press each panel in until it fits snugly. Once all snowflake panels are secured onto the ring, align the top cover over the base, making sure the locking clips match the slots in the base (like the one circled in the photo). Finally gently press down on the top cover from both sides.
