Spider Man Helmet / Mask Stand

The model is based on Estikuma's arc reactor helmet stand, i pinched his rod idea and remixed it into the spider man logo to create the perfect spider man helmet display stand. 

I tried to scale all of the stand components down to the same size, but Tinkercad did not like this, so therefore please ensure that both the upper rod and threaded lower rod are scaled down to 40% to ensure fitment to the spider man base if you are wanting to print this. 

I also changed some of the layers of the spider man logo design so it could be printed on a single extruder using layer change / filament change commands in the script. 

I printed this stand in dynamic quality settings so 0.16mm layer height, at these layers heights i added a script in to change filament at the layer numbers as below: 

Start - White Filament, 

1st filament change - Layer 8 - Red filament

2nd filament change - layer 11 - Black filament

That produced the white spider logo, with the red patterned spider suit and a black outline and detail. I wanted it in this order for my print as it is the inverse of the helmet i printed and i though would look quite striking. 

You can of course (if printing) choose whatever colors in whatever order you wish, go crazy! 

For this print as above, i used 0.16mm layer height, degrees hot end and degrees bed temp. I did use supports for the rods, as i printed the upper rod upside down for stability.

I did also use a brim.
