gridfinity-calipers Lid / Cover

I had to split the tray up in order to print it. I am not sure if my calipers were a tiny bit longer or if by splitting it I lost a few millimeters, but I would suggest double checking to ensure the tray is going to fit or you may need to alter it slightly to work. At least these files should give you a good starting point. 

The lid I made for the case fits… ok… it wont come off and “looks” fine. I designed it to sit flush on the top of the tray and added tabs on the sides to keep it in place. The tabs do keep it in place, but, they don't “clip” to the sides like I wanted. It works as is, but if this bothers you, you also may need to adjust the tabs slightly. 

A happy mistake on the lid cover: I was trying to thin it a bit, over the buttons, to allow the cover to sit down. I thought the caliper was sticking up too much and may prevent the cover from sitting down. In hindsight, probably wasn't an issue, but the result was that the print was so thin in this spot, that it created a sort of screen door effect. It seems strong enough if you don't puncture it, but this allows you a window into the box which is sort of cool to me. 

Anyway, I know the lid and split of the case may not be perfect, but, if you print these, I hope you enjoy them.
