This is a parametric design, created in OpenSCAD. The file names list the size of the lever nut (in # of positions) that goes in each slot, so “wago holder_3-2” would hold a 3-position and a 2-position.
There are “ears” on the sides with a 4.8mm screw hole (fits M4 or #8).
The lever nuts snap into position. The snap depends on the tolerances of your printer, including the bridging performance; I recommend printing a single-position bracket first and testing the snap fit before printing more. My printer is reasonably well dialed-in, and the fit is pretty tight. It's possible that creep may be an issue, especially with PLA; I printed mine out of Polymaker Matte PLA, which has 30% bio-polymer filler, and the fit is still very tight after a month. Let me know in the comments if you have issues, and I'll upload a set with different tolerances.
This model is highly configurable - if you don't see the layout you need, or need different tolerances, you can use the included OpenSCAD file and change the parameters in the customizer.
There is a cutout in the center of each slot, which accepts a small flathead screwdriver for prizing out the lever nut.
The “Homogeneous” folder contains brackets which each hold one size of lever nut (e.g. 2-2). “Heterogeneous” contains brackets which hold more than one kind (e.g. 2-3).
