This is a fuel cap for a Puch Maxi N/L.
The fuel cap should be printed in PETG because of the fuel.
I printed the sealing rings in 95A TPU.
I uploaded different sealing rings because every tank opening is slightly different. It's important that the cap holds securely. I used the D30
I had several problems with the sealing rings and the fuel cap itself.
That's why I designed the fuel cap v2. The sealing rings are wider and don't require any glue or anything else. The entire fuel cap is screwed on with an M4 x 20 screw; you'll also need an M4 threaded insert for this.
