The plasic part from your VW T5 back swingdoor unlooker broke.
No problem, print that one and you are back in game.
Easy to print and strong enough for the work he have to do.
First prototypes was printed in PLA and worked but i recoment to print it in PETG or ASA.
It clips in the original lashes of the unlooker, push the unlooker slightly by hand than you can insert the replacement part
Print Settings
- Material: PETG or better ASA
- Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
- Layer Height: 0.2mm
- Vertical Walls: 4
- Top Layers: 5
- Bottom Layers: 4
- Infill: 20%
- Supports/Brims: For the “Breit” part only activate “Support on build plate only”
