Designed this for the Titan AIO cap contest. Inspired by the oversized display spool i saw at Prusa's recent event's reels. i thought it looked cool.

I have done two versions of it, one with solid colors and the other that lights up using the pumps rgb lighting

Its a multipart model, some parts with same color and materials can be printed together unless printed on a multicolor printer. I have printed all parts on Prusa Mk3s. Had to use supports for the cap swap body

Only two parts for the Lit version are different than the solid version. I have kept the Filament model and the bottom spool part open for lights to pass. Other parts are the same both versions

For Spool holder I printed a flat 1mm screen with white ABS separately to go behind the Corsair Logo opening so that it appears lit from the cooler's rgb lights. Added a pause to insert the screen while printing

I could have just added a change color and print 1mm of white but the then the uneven layer lines would be visible through the logo. I wanted to maintain a clean lit logo. Secondly ABS might not adhere to PLA. Access to a multicolor printer or MMU would be a different story

For the color accents I printed them as a shell so it can easily slide in and out to be swapped with a different color. I was a bit skeptical the print might fail due to its size, but it printed just fine with both ABS and PLA

Materials Used

I have used PLA to print the Solid version and ABS for the lit version, the spools for both models are printed with PLA. PETG can also be used.

Assembly

Since I do not own the hardware, still wanted to test the Lit version
