StealthProtoXtruder 2.0 (SPX2.0)

ProtoXtruder 2.0 in stealth mode (low-poly style)! Most things are common between the two extruders.
Please checkout PX 2.0 Github repo for details. (BOM, assembling, etc.)
Improvements over PX2.0:
The heat set insert for tensioning screw is now pressed in from the other side so it wouldn't be pulled out by the spring.
The idler arm is slightly thicker.
Removed the short recessed hole for PTFE tube (to the hotend) at the bottom.
If you are going to use PTFE tube retainers, install the heat set inserts first!
