Midea PortaSplit Deep Windowsill Mount

For my Window Sill, the original PortaSplit mount does not work, as the sill is far too deep.

In order to still use the original mount, I designed different feet, so the mount can just rest ontop the sill. For my Windowsill, the distance was about 130mm, depending on where you measure. If you have smaller or larger distances, it should be possible to scale the main part of the feet here. For new feets can be secured to the mount using the orginal screws and nuts from the feet.

I highly reommend using ASA or other UV resistant material. For the bottom of the feet, any TPU should do the trick. Do NOT use PLA, if your Window is anywhere near the sun.

This is no official mounting hardware, so use at your own risk!

Required Hardware:

• 4x M5x50 screw (for the feet)
• 4x M5 nuts
• 8x M3x6 countersunk screws
• 8x M3 threaded insert (preferrably short 3mm ones, like from CNC Kitchen store)

Die Halterung der PortSplit funktioniert normalerweise leider nicht für sehr tiefe Fensterbänke. Daher habe ich passende Füße erstellt, die an die original Halterung angeschraubt werden können und auf der Fensterbank aufliegen. Für meine Fensterbank war der Abstand etwa 130mm. Sollte dies höher oder niedriger sein, sollte es aber möglich sein den Hauptteil der Halterung entsprechend im Slicer zu skalieren

Die neuen Füße können mit den Originalschrauben und -muttern der Füße an der Halterung befestigt werden.

Ich empfehle dringend die Nutzung von ASA oder anderen UV-Beständigen Materialien, sofern die Halterung der Sonne ausgesetzt ist. Bitte kein PLA nutzen! Für die Unterseite der Füße sollte jedes TPU funktionieren.

Da dies keine offizielle Halterung ist, bitte auf eigene Gefahr verwenden!

• 4x M5x50 Schrauben (für die Füße)
• 4x M5 Muttern
• 8x M3x6 Senkkopfschrauben
• 8x M3 Gewindeeinsätze (am besten kurze(3mm), die es bpsw. im CNC Kitchen Shop gibt)
