The parts glue and click together to form a springy icing cutter (3D compliant mechanism).
To use - simply roll the icing to 1-2 mm thick sheet and push down with the stamp.
To release the icing push the button on the top.
The Grip and the Cutter should be glued together first. There are locating holes in each part designed for small sections of filament to help align things. The Pusher and the Button can then be inserted and pushed together until they click. You may or may not wish to also use glu on those pieces.
