This is a simple spacer for Speedplay Zero pedals to help compensate for leg length discrepancy (LLD). Before using it, I strongly recommend consulting with a bike fit specialist to confirm your needs.
From my own experience, I combine these spacers with varus wedges and track improvements using dynamic video fit analysis on my iPhone. My go-to app is Bike Fast Fit, where I monitor both side and front views to assess knee angle and tracking.
The spacers are stackable for custom adjustment and can be paired with varus or valgus wedges as needed.
