Single abacus calculation loops

Single calculation loops.

Remixed @3Dimensions Abacus base so that my wife and her colleague can use the numbers individually to teach and allow the kids in their classes to use them when they need help with counting etc. 

I have removed the board part/file from the remix as it isn't used.

Print Settings

• I used PET-G for base, loops and numbers. PLA for the beads 
• 0,20mm first layer and then 0.15mm layer height   
• 0,4mm nozzle
• Infill 15% Rectilinear (for speed)
• No supports used

You have to change the filament color to print the board and the numbers. See the delivered .3mf files. Its also recommended to print the board in PLA for clearer numbers and less stringing.

Bill of Materials

• No purchased parts needed
• 1x Base
• 1x each loop
• 2x each number
• 1x Board (removed)
• 55x Beads in different colors if wanted

Assembly Notes:

Simply plug everything together as shown in the picture.

You may need more strength to tuck in the loops. They should snap in place. Be careful not to break the base.
