The original paper box is gradually falling apart after years of use. This replacement box has a custom size specific to the Egorov cards, and the lid features the golden birds ornamentation found on the card backs and on the old paper box itself.
The print is easy: bottom and top each print without support. You MUST print them separately because the colour change takes place at different layers. The attached GCODE files have colour changes hard-coded towards the top. Always start with the base colour of the box and finish with the desired ornament colour. Black and gold are the best choice, and follow the original artistic design.
My box is printed with PLA, no supports, 0.2mm layers.
