I remixed the Sherpa Micro extruder to work on a Positron 3D printer. Extruder is setup for a Bowden tube out and reverse Bowden in, has a mount point for Z endstop, and the tension screw is reversed to make the design more compact.
Included a PDF with a parts list and assembly instructions. Drive gears are Bondtech RIDGA v2, which I ordered from KB-3D.
Parts do not require supports, are exact fit so adjust for shrinkage, and minimum walls of 4 and 5 top and bottom layers. I have been using parts printed in PETG-CF for months without issues and in my tests, TPU 95a flow rate peaks at 6mm3 and Yousu HF PLA peaks at 43mm3 with a 0.5 CHT nozzle on my Positron.
