Remix of MrHDR 640x480 psp bracket using mounting blocks for easier installation, positioning, and tighter fits.
Because the bracket is removable you can wait to install the screen until the very last minute while doing all the drilling and cutting you need.
Installation:
- Glue the top bar to the front shell snug against the top and right (I use Insta-Cure+)
- Wait for that to dry...
- Partially screw the two other body mounts into the bracket so that they stick out from the bottom of the bracket- we don't want to glue the bracket to the shell
- Apply glue to the center of the body mounts, but not so much that they ooze out the sides and glue the bracket
- Apply some pressure to the two screws with your fingers to ensure the mounts adhere well to the front shell
- Wait for the glue to dry...
- Remove the screws, then the bracket- if it got somewhat glued some careful prying/pulling should do the trick (if you haven't used too much glue)

The bracket will print fine at 0.2 layer height, but I have found the best results at 0.1 layer height. The 50% infill helps with rigidity and allowing you to screw the back half of the shell nice and tight to this bracket without seem gaps between them.
