This 3D printed basket-style fruit picker is designed to make harvesting apples, pears, and other tree fruit easy and efficient. The basket features strong, rounded teeth to hook stems without damaging the fruit’s skin, and a lightweight open design.
The angled pole mount (20° from vertical) allows you to approach the fruit from below while keeping the basket tilted upward, preventing fruit from falling out after picking. The mount can be adapted to fit different pole sizes, and reinforcing ribs ensure it can handle the weight of multiple pieces of fruit.
Best printed in PETG or ASA for outdoor durability. Scale up or down for different fruit sizes, and add padding inside the basket for extra protection if needed.
