I just was in the mood to make the minor cosmetic fixups that they mentioned it needed.
I literally did this by carefully placing two boxes in Prusa Slicer and also exporting it as STL. I did slice it down to .1 mm layers to check for any visible imperfections caused by the boxes, didn't spot any. There's maybe one tiny corner left inside the right hand tray instead of a hole, but due to the label surface/shelf above it should not be visible. The holes in the middle bin are gone.
If the single layer bridging in the middle bin is too thin to your liking, you should be able to up the thickness of that box in the 3MF and slightly reposition it.
Printed this on my Core One in "Sunlu PLA+ 2.0" Grey and it came out nice.
