I made this to replace the knob on a piece of Lustre Craft cookware. The pictures show the replacement and the original.
Recommend printing with a high temperature filament. I used Atomic Filament's Carbon Fiber ASA.
- You will need to print with supports. The underside of the spacer is sloped due to the slight curve of the lid
- The knob takes a 1/4 x 20 threaded insert (6.4mm tall).
- Print with 50% infill, use enough parimeters on the knob to ensure there is about 3mm of wall for the threaded insert.
- I used a 0.1mm layer hight for a smoother surface
