This tool can help you true your wheels without removing them. Just flip the bike upside down of lift it up.

I made it myself in need of similar tool. Just use some rubber band to attach it to your frame or fork. Using the tool you can see low/high spots and tighten/loose the spokes accordingly.
For printing use filament of your choice. I've used left over PLA. Also for best results I've split Body.stl in two (the hook prints separately from the body with the threads) and glued afterwards with CA. You can see on the pictures what I meant. :)

Update: Version V2 of the “Nut” has been updated to support printing in the same orientation as the screw. Grooves have also been added to facilitate attachment of the rubber band.
