This is an attempt to create a parametric (customizable) OpenSCAD nozzle for the Ryobi high-volume low-pressure inflator that can be adjusted to work with a particular inflatable. The tip that comes with Ryobi is about 7mm, while most of our Intex floaties have a 9mm valve.

The attached STL file should work with the 9mm valves on Intex, but you should be able to adjust the diameter of the nozzle to fit your particular needs.

You can also get rid of the pinch valve protrusion and just make a plain conical or straight blower nozzle.

You can also turn the locking tabs slot on or off to make an extension nozzle that would fit on Ryobi's straight nozzle.

It seems that Ryobi's nozzles have the same basic dimension as Coleman's, and possibly Bauer (Harbor Freight), Kobalt, and others.

Most of the parameters should just 'work', but a few might need a fine tuning. Let me know if you'd like to see more features on the nozzle.

The pinch valve protrusion (the top of the nozzle) should be printable without supports. The lock pin slots do require a support - make sure you clean them up after printing since a decreased opening may split the nozzle when attempting to engage the pins.

I am also including a version of the nozzle that should fit Makita XSA01 high-speed blower.
