The PTFE guide is a small part to reduce the radius of the PTFE tube. It improves the filament feed.
Only usable if you have installed a height extension cause without there isn't enough space for this part. The original height extension on the SD card from the printer is good.
Print settings not special, but it's recommended to use normal support.
