Both of the original factory drive connectors broke on the powered recliner sections of our couch in our last move. Searching the internet for a replacement was like asking a teenager for a logical response of any kind. Took out the broken, glued it back together for measurements, modeled and prototyped for a few weeks until I got it right. The ACME two-start jack screw thread was a great learning experience if nothing else. But now we're kicking back on movie night again as well, so winner winner, chicken dinner!!
I wish I had a model for you on this couch but I do not. You will just have to look at the pics to see if it looks like yours. FreeCAD file included so you can tweak it as needed. I printed this in PETG-CF, 5 walls thick, 50% infill and it's very stout. So far so good…
