Some plugs, like those used with DustBusters, can be difficult to handle because they lie flat against the device when inserted, leaving little space to grip them. This design solves that problem by using two rings. The smaller ring holds the plug securely in the correct position so it fits neatly into the vacuum or other appliance. The larger ring provides an easy grip point: just insert a finger into it and pull to unplug the cord.
