This started as radical_rascal's single-bottle polish holder (originally on Thingiverse; reuploaded here). I personally felt I could too easily knock over the single-bottle holder, but the multi-bottle holders were too crowded to comfortably use for actually painting.
I widened the single-bottle holder and added the Mooncat logo debossed on the front, so now I can use a multi-bottle holder for storage but move an individual bottle to this holder when actually painting nails with it.
