I made this to help the battery last longer in your Olympus 35 SP - by covering the light meter, the amount of battery drain is minimised.
I used some sticky-back tape to stick it to my camera.
The door is inserted from the back - the dimensions are such that it's stiff so that it doesn't fall down, so you might have to run it up and down a few times to loosen it enough so it's usable. I found this was much worse when I didn't do a good job removing the supports.
