I didn't like the idea of having a tube and a bottle swinging in the breeze, hitting everything in the area while I was running the press. I saw a picture of one that someone had made where a short piece of clear tubing dropped primers into a fixed chute, dumping them into a bin under the stand. I loved the concept but wasn't a big fan of their design, so I made my own.

The first version didn't have the notch on the underside and I couldn't fit the bolt into the hole. There's not enough vertical clearance to raise that end of the tube and I didn't want to drill another hole in the stand, so I notched the tube as you see in the pics/model. The clear tubing is just long enough to not snag on that notch when the press is cycled anyway, so it doesn't get hung up. Shorter versions of the printed tube led to kinking of the clear tube as the press was lowered. This seems to be the best compromise to me.

I printed mine standing on the flat face on the end of the tube.

Printer: V400
Filament: eSUN PLA Basic
Infill: 100% (though I doubt that is necessary)
Supports: yes (tree)
Brim/Raft: I didn't need it, but YMMV

Hardware needed:
2 @ 1/4"-20 bolts and nuts. Or something similar. It's not rocket surgery.

TIP 1:
Before you cut the tubing, raise the press all the way up. Make sure that once the tubing is cut, it'll still extend past the notch by 1/4" or so. Leave it longer and see how it work. You can always trim again if it's too long. Kinda hard to put tubing back on if you cut it to short.

TIP 2:
I didn't want to have to use a hose clamp, so I grabbed tubing that was probably a little smaller than it should have been. A little case lube or something of the equivalent and it went on, but it still took a significant amount of effort.

I used this adapter to attach the tubing to the press:

This is the tubing I used (it's 3/8" ID):
