From the beginning I didn't like Sovol's original PSU box because it's a molded part with excessive draft angles. Therefore it does not offer parallel mounting surfaces and has a very poor fit with visible gaps all around. Original box is squeezed against the gantry profile and deforms when tightening the srews. It's not a real point of criticisim to Sovol because simply due to cost pressure when offering low budget machines like the SV06plus.

PSU box was the first part I replaced after unpacking the SV06plus. Because Sovol offers complete open source 3D data for SV06 and SV06plus on github, it was a quite easy job. PSU lid shown in photo is a modified one too but that's another story. Original lid and switch assembly fit fine - very tight (0.15mm tolerance each side) and without clashing the gantry profile.

Shown part was printed on my old Anycubic Vyper (sliced with Orca). Visual appearance could be better but this is due to layer height (0.25) and the use of classic wall generator. Material was Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 which is very forgiving (i.e. with temperature) but sometimes has issues printing smaller details. Stock screws can be used.

Print params used:

Layer height: 0.25mm

Temperature: 210°/200°C

Bed Temp.: 70°/60°C

Speed: 60-70mm/s

Infill: 100%

Walls: 2

Support: Organic (Tree), with support blocker at rear lower radius (see 3mf)

Depending on used material and printer you may have to very slightly adapt scaling factor in width in case the resulting fit is too tight. If your printer is well calibrated you will have no issues.
