I have a lovely Fairlight Secan 2.5 - a UK designed steel framed gravel bike. Due to the modular nature of the bike there is not fixed cable guides for the downtube of the frame for shifter cables. However, Fairlight offer this part 3D printed - it is very expensive, but well made. I have a 3D printer so though i'd have a go at designing a version myself and it's worked flawlessly so far over many 100's of miles.
This should fit other models of frame by Fairlight too - but test yourself first.
I would recommend printing out of something such as ASA for UV stability and strength, however I have tested my PLA prototype for a few months without issue.
I would recommend printing with 6x wall layers, and high infill as it has quite a lot of lateral load on it.
