When printing, I recommend organic supports and a 0.2mm layer thickness with at least 40% infill. I printed it with PETG filament with added carbon fiber. You can also successfully print with regular PETG.
For ease of assembly, I've included a spacer in case someone needs one. Please remember that the steerer tube cap is designed to compensate for fork play. It's not intended to secure the handlebar—that's what the stem mounting bolts are for. When assembling, adhere to the torque specifications provided by the bicycle manufacturer.
