Double Snapback Extender

"One size fits all” is a term that tends not to include me, especially when it comes to hats. If you're like me, which means that in addition to having an inhumanly large head you're getting tired of trying to find extenders amongst all the drop-shipped nonsense on Amazon, and have some vintage double snapbacks you'd really like to wear (like the sweet Julin Divider nuclear test swag hat featured in the pictures), this (may) get them securely on your head! 

This extender fits every double snapback I own, which admittedly isn't many but the sample does include multiple styles and manufacturers. It securely attaches to four of the hats existing male pegs and gives you an extra five slots - about 2"/5cm. Other than that it's nothing fancy. Ten minutes with some calipers, ten minutes in FreeCAD, and forty-five minutes of print time made enough for every hat I own.

I printed mine in TPU but PETG has enough flex that it might be acceptable as well. Settings don't really matter. As with lots of thin TPU prints I ran this off with three walls at 100% infill but the main strap is only 1mm tall so in practice it has no infill.
