If accuracy is important, you must calibrate the size by physical measurement followed by scaling the model in your slicer. The actual size of the stencil will be affected not only by the dimensional accuracy of your printer, but also the z-offset (elephant's foot) and over-extrusion.
Parameterization:
- Download the FreeCAD model file (extension: FCStd) and zipped font file (extension after unzipped: tff)
- Link the font file to the ShapeString object (the ShapeString is at Fusion > Cut001 > Label negatives > Array > ShapeString, the font file property is under “Draft”)
- Set the value of diameter (cell B1) in the Spreadsheet
- If the model does not update, right click on the “Fusion” object and click “Recompute object”
