Many thanks to the author for the idea of such a bracket.
I didn't have enough horizontal movement to move the camera to the side. I added a hinge and extended the rods to 20 cm. I use this bracket for xiaomi c200 camera.
Additional parts required:
6x M4x30 machine screws (any head type will work)
12x M4 washers
6x M4 nuts (wingnuts are best for frequent adjustment by hand)
