To use the smartphone in the cradle, the slider is actuated against spring pressure (red) and released after inserting the smartphone; it sits firmly in the cradle. After some time of use, the slider became increasingly stiff until it broke. In my opinion, this is due to the fact that the load when the slider is actuated is not optimal. To change this, the printed insert on the dismantled slider is glued into the existing grooves and the slider can be operated (even with gloves) by pulling in the direction of the spring (blue).
For disassembly, 9 screws (torx size 6) must be removed, the cover can be folded to the side with a little care. Then remove the slider assembly and remove the springs. The printed part can now be glued to the individual slider part (preferably on a flat surface).
Then assemble in reverse order - finished.
It is printed from PC CF, it will also work from PETG.

Um das Smartphone im Cradle zu benutzen, wird der Schieber gegen fedederdruck betätigt (rot) und nach dem einlegen des Smartphones losgelassen; es sitzt fest im cradle. Nach einiger Zeit der Benutzung wurde der Schieber immer schwergängiger, bis er gebrochen ist. Aus meiner Sicht liegt das daran, dass die Belastung beim betätigen des Schiebers nicht optimal ist. Um das zu ändern, wird der gedruckte Einsatz am demontierten Schieber in den vorhandenen Nuten eingeklebt und man kann den Schieber (auch mit Handschuhen) in federrichtung (blau) ohne Haken ziehend betätigen.
Für die Demontage müssen 9 Schrauben (torx Größe 6) entfernt werden, der Deckel kann mit etwas Vorsicht auf Seite geklappt werden. Danach die Schieberbaugruppe entnehmen und die Federn entnehmen. Nun kann das gedruckte Teil an dem Einzelteil Schieber (am besten auf einer geraden Unterlage) eingeklebt werden.
Danach in die umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammenbauen - fertig.
Es ist aus PC CF gedruckt, aus PETG wird es auch funktionieren.
