Approximately 600mm long model of the CAT 395 excavator.
The model has working tracks, a rotating floor, and a fully movable arm and bucket.
The model is printed entirely in PLA with a resolution of 0.20 for the larger parts and 0.10 for the more detailed ones.
In addition to the glue, for assembly you'll need two meters of 1mm wire to join the track links and secure some hydraulic cylinders. You'll also need an M6x40 screw (preferably UNI 5931) and an M6 hex nut to secure the upper section to the lower section.
The model is not in a defined scale and no further assembly instructions will be provided beyond those provided, given the simplicity of assembly.
The model features detailed interiors.
Using 1mm black electrical wire, it is possible to faithfully represent the fluid system, the fixed part of which is included in the arms.
The excavator is an integral part of a more complex model consisting of a flatbed trailer with a Scania tractor (models available on this site)
